Gift Certificate Policies
* Your gift certificate will be voided if you do not show
up for your scheduled appointment.
* We reserve the right to void any gift certificates for appointments cancelled in less then 24 hours.
* Gift certificates issued for a service are based on the current service value at the time
of purchase. If the cost of that service increases prior to redemption, you are responsible for the balance due at the time
of service.
* Gift certificates that are split will incur an additional fee. This
fee will reflect the balance of the gift certificates versus the cost of the requested treatments.
Example: (1) hour massage
session split into (2) 1/2 hour sessions will incur a $23.00 charge.
Cost of (2) 1/2 hour massage sessions = $98.00
Value of (1) hour massage = $75.00
Balance = $23.00
