Myofascial Release- A form of deep tissue work focusing on the muscle and fascia
(connective tissue that permeates muscle and forms protective sheets throughout your body). This is also known as Deep-Tissue
massage. This aims at restoring balance to the body and its system.

Neuromuscular/ Trigger Point Therapy*- Deep tissue massage focusing on
